Dona Magno Had a great experience at Mosé. My car was staeting then not starting. Brought my car down for them to check out. The hope was that they could recreate the same issue at their shop so they could do a diagnostic in that moment. Of course every time they tried, my car started right up. A code did pop up in the initial diagnostic history that seemed like the best bet to pursue. I need my car to work and make a living, so to me it made sense to move forward with that repair. I felt very comfortable pusuing the most likely repair because Mose’ & Carlos were so kind and patient with answering the multitudes of questions that I had. I got the vibe of honesty which is very important to me. Carlos told me to bring my car back in 15 days so they could check for any new codes that might pop up. Follow through to boot! Instead of pay your invoice. Here’s your key back. Good-bye. That is good customer service that will build a relationship with any new client.

larry j Discovered them by happenstance. Unlike my old place that charges $1500 to investigate and automatically fix a check engine light problem—so basically you get a haircut for $1500 whether you want/need it or not—-Ace only asks for the diagnosis time then provided with a comprehensive report with pictures and cost estimates (also not something my old place does) then I decided what I wanted to do about the issues. Very prompt and courteous customer service. Will take all my cars back to Ace (and never take them back to my old place ). Thanks!

Maya Chavez This is arguably the best repair shop I have ever been to. I called to request an alternator replacement and if they could get me in, they provided an estimate over the phone and got me in same-day. They were true to their word following completion of the work with great value and no hidden agendas to say more things were wrong. They are welcoming and friendly from the second you walk in the door to after completion. They even got it done earlier than they thought. Due to work conflicts, I couldnt pick it up until the following morning and they said it was no problem/no charge. Highly recommend Johnsons, as this is now my go-to shop!!

Brandon Keller These guys are the homies. Had diagnostics and a used car inspection from these dudes. I’ve had bad car buying experience so wanted pre purchase inspection. Car was out in the boonies with no good local auto shops. They drove like 40miles on Super Bowl Sunday to meet me in parkland to check out a 06 Prius and test drive it with me. They were so chill and easily befriended the seller but also pointed out some minor maintenance issues. Michael asked him about all the proper maintenance related to common issues for the second generation Prius. By pointing out the rear shocks being slightly worn saved me some in my negotiation. And he ensured proper maintenance had been done in accordance with the service history provided. Only $200 for an inspection and like I said they drove all the way down on their day off to help a brotha out. The 06 Prius they inspected for me has been great and will last me a long time. And their diagnostic for my 99 cavalier abs module was accurate when KC Martin told me it could take them an unknown amount of time to diagnose. They came to my house I scheduled a time and even left the key for them under a rock is how much I trust them. When I got back from work was already in process of finishing diagnostics. Upon his recommendation from, got a used abs module for 30 bucks on eBay and plugged it in. Solved my abs issue! Couldn’t recommend these guys more.

Keeley Vardeman I had an all around fantastic experience at Elite Auto Care! From the customer service to the work I had done on my car to the communication throughout, they went above and beyond. For reference, I had major work done on my car including spark plugs, boots, etc. They were able to take it in quickly so that I could get back on the road within a day. The service was professional, timely, and top notch as my car is running fantastic. I would highly recommend their services! Glad to have found my new car place!

Ashley Gothenquist Great place and super helpful staff! My rear tire popped during rush hour and AAA wouldnt be able to come for a long while, so I was very lucky to be only a block away from Jeffs. Despite the heat and the unexpected nature of the situation, Matt and Pops took the time to not just help me replace the popped tire with my spare, but patched the holes that caused the issue in the first place! It is such an encouraging experience to know that the local auto shop is not only the place with the comedic signs, but also a place with great character.

He has been successful at speculating what my issue is just based on my descriptions (while also saying he needs to see it to be sure).
