My car broke down suddenly during the holidays, and even though it turned out to be a problem Bernies could not handle, they kept my car for a few weeks until the next shop had room to take my car in. They were honest, fair and nice; cant recommend them enough!

Turn a small job in to a big job with lots of hours. They make no effort to be courteous when they over bill you, and offer nothing to keep you as a customer. They dont follow through on basic courteous things they say they will do. Rude.
