5 /5 J D: My van broke down on the side of the highway. I was able to get it towed to Black Butte and looked at quickly. Communication was stellar and Tarryn was able to fix the issue. While the van was there, he repaired some other issues with the van that have been bugging me for quite sometime. The van runs better than it ever has. Im really thankful to have found this shop and I was at his mercy. The software he uses to bill is awesome as well. It lays out everything nice and clear and itemized. It made payment a breeze as well. This shop totally came through and above and beyond. I appreciate the service immensely and would highly recommend Black Butte. I will be going back for any other automotive needs for sure. Thanks again
