5 /5 Tina M: Dr Sakins staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When I called and needed further directions, his staff gave me information on where to park with the construction going on, what door to go in, where to turn, what to look for as a landmark, and they never once sounded irritated or in a hurry to get me off the phone. Dr Sakin himself was also extremely kind and helpful. He took a considerable amount of time with me, listened to everything I had to say, asked questions about what he needed clarified, and then was very sensitive to the fact that I was in a lot of pain as he checked out my knees and other joints. I dont know what he was like before, but I can tell you now that what Ive seen is nothing like what has been described in reviews from years past. I would recommend anyone to him. The only complaint is that his office is a bit of a walk from the parking garage. It wont be when the construction is finally over and the parking lot reopens, for now people should be warned to bring a wheelchair if they need to do so or be prepared to sit down along the way on the benches or chairs that are all along the path.
