Jessie LeCall Worked with Nick and his team. Very professional took great care of my vehicle while in for repairs. Repairs were done in a timely manner and thorough, great communication and was supportive in an issue with faulty repairs from a previous Ford Dealership. Highly recommend.

Joël Nshimirimana The service at Gregs was AMAZING! A previous shop had messed up my car, but these guys got it running smoother than before, it drives as smooth as new, matter of fact the car glides, it doesnt struggle to drive anymore, they got me all season tires replacement without me asking specifically for them, and was worried I forgot to mention it but they were ahead of me, my hybrid is quieter and smoother than it was before! I have already recommended them to people I know!

Sarah Perbes We were sent to this location after having our vans window smashed in and vandalized. This was our first night in Washington after moving all the way from New Jersey for the Military. The customer service was amazing and communication timely as well. My twins car seats and their stuffed animals had glass all over them. The team went above and beyond for us even cleaning them up for them. I truly am so pleased with the service we received here. Thank you so much for your kindness in what was a horrible first experience in WA.

Racheal Howerton I had a my SUV towed to Glenn’s after hours, parked in front and dropped my keys in the drop box. I received a text message at exactly 8am stating that they had my SUV. Talked to Jeff a little after that, which he is GReAt! They were able to fix my brakes, change filters, do an oil change and sent my SUV out for new tires by 4pm same day. I picked up at 4:30. Great experience!

Linda Baker Had a great experience gettin my daughter’s car ready to move cross country. They checked everything and made recommendations. Her car is is new to her, but it’s 20 years old. It needed a lot of basic maintenance taken care of. It wasn’t cheap, but I left like they really gave me the best price and service they could. They told me which things could maybe wait, and which really were important at this time. I will feel much more comfortable setting out on the long drive after the work they completed. Communication was great.

Dorothy Gorder The technician that came out to assist me in my time of need was very kind, friendly, patient, understanding, and all around a true blessing. For my situation a person had stolen my keys so that I couldnt leave. I just happened to have had enough money on me to call the mobile mechanic to remake me brand new keys so that I can drive my vehicle away. Im not sure the cost in general for a mobile locksmith, about 8 years ago I did need somebody to get into my garage for me and that was $180 I believe about 8 years ago and for this particular technician to come out open my car and also provide me with a key that would open my door and would start my vehicle I paid $220 so I would have to say in comparison pretty reasonable. Later on that evening I thought to myself man I should make a copy of my copy and Walmart was not able to do so because they dont have the car key to have a duplicate made. I then called the mobile mechanic and asked what that would cost or what that would take or if they could even make me a duplicate key and unfortunately it would have cost me the exactly same amount to get a replacement key or I should say an extra key so lesson learned I should have asked him to make me two keys the first time. Because theres no way I can afford $440 out of nowhere. So if you call this mobile mechanic and you think you might need two keys at all ask the first time. But definitely overall extremely satisfied with my mobile mechanic. I wish I remembered his name cuz he was very very polite very kind definitely a sweet Young man.
