Taniya Butler Called for Water Pump change and they fit me in immediately. Job was done in less than 24 hours. Work ended up being done that I didn’t approve, I thought I was going to get scammed but they acknowledged that I should’ve been notified before further work was done and did not overcharge me. It’s difficult going to get your car done as a woman who knows nothing about cars and I wasn’t taken advantage of for that at this place

sean reading Kent Collision Center did an awesome job repairing my Tesla. They were very responsive and completed the job in a timely manner. An added perk to this facility is the free root beer and Jam. A+ service and quality of work.

mike demarco I brought in my Nissan Murano and really glad I did. I called 3 shops to get a quote for an alternator replacement. Javier was the gentleman who helped me, he gave me the best price. After they ran into a couple of issues. Javier called me and let me know what was going on. He even took a picture and showed me what the issue was. I got my car back in a reasonable time and the price was still cheaper than the other shops. Thank you Javier, I will definitely be back. .

Stephen W Carroll We have been going to Central Ave Auto for years and are very happy we found them. They are honest and their mechanics are highly trained. I highly recommend this shop. We were told our car had an oil leak by another shop and when we took it to Central Ave Auto they told us it was caused by someone overfilling our oil.

Philip Lang Bratch Auto Body did a great job fixing my car. They didn’t try to sell me anything extra and focused entirely on solving the problem. The repair ended up saving me about 90% of what I thought it would cost, which I really appreciated. Their approach felt honest and practical, and the work was done well. I’d definitely go back if I need more repairs in the future.

Geoffrey Biteman Called them for an alignment. They said i could bring it right away which is usually very hard to find in a shop. They kept excellent care of my vehicle and went above an beyond. I didnt know my inner and outer tie rods were junk and they called me, got the parts ordered and had it done the same day!!!! Outstanding service! You just dont get that anymore folks...this is the real deal! I dont let ANY other shops work on my car since i usually do it myself but i whole heartedly trust Warren Secord. 10/10 Love these guys. Thanks again!!! My car has never driven this good!
