Brandon Keller These guys are the homies. Had diagnostics and a used car inspection from these dudes. I’ve had bad car buying experience so wanted pre purchase inspection. Car was out in the boonies with no good local auto shops. They drove like 40miles on Super Bowl Sunday to meet me in parkland to check out a 06 Prius and test drive it with me. They were so chill and easily befriended the seller but also pointed out some minor maintenance issues. Michael asked him about all the proper maintenance related to common issues for the second generation Prius. By pointing out the rear shocks being slightly worn saved me some in my negotiation. And he ensured proper maintenance had been done in accordance with the service history provided. Only $200 for an inspection and like I said they drove all the way down on their day off to help a brotha out. The 06 Prius they inspected for me has been great and will last me a long time. And their diagnostic for my 99 cavalier abs module was accurate when KC Martin told me it could take them an unknown amount of time to diagnose. They came to my house I scheduled a time and even left the key for them under a rock is how much I trust them. When I got back from work was already in process of finishing diagnostics. Upon his recommendation from, got a used abs module for 30 bucks on eBay and plugged it in. Solved my abs issue! Couldn’t recommend these guys more.

Kenneth Demoyse I work on my own cars, but I needed fuel injectors installed ASAP. Jass and team at A1 got me in quickly, and provided exceptional service to get the parts installed that I requested. They kept old parts for me (so I could test at home) and sure enough one of the old injectors was a dud. Will recommend to friends/family.

Emerson Murray Fetene was lovely- I changed the filter and oil in my car so I gave this place a call to ask if I could drop off my old oil for them to recycle. He said I could. I also had an old battery, he said they could take that too. Swung by, walked into the office, he was on the phone but still took the time to greet me and directed me to leave the stuff on his desk. Really appreciate the help!

Clare Janetzki I called Tom’s with a last minute urgent car issue, and they were able to fit me in last moment and fix some loose bolts! John was the most courteous employee and even made sure to check my oil level before I left. Would go back again for any other car needs!

Sarah Nickel Smith Tony is great! Responsive, genial, professional. Have brought my car in for a few things over the years - when I call and leave a message he returns my calls promptly. He has been successful at speculating what my issue is just based on my descriptions (while also saying he needs to see it to be sure). I feel great about taking my car there and also about recommending it to others.

Meg Schakel Very nice guy. Car had a broken radiator. Was able to be fixed in a couple of hours and seemed to care a lot about making sure it was 100% fixed! Will come back

Zachary Collings We have been taking our car to 34th street garage for years and always felt their service was prompt and courteous. Most recently, we asked them to complete a specific service as recommended by our Honda CRV maintenance system. First, they told us the tire rotation portion had already been done recently so they wouldn’t need to do that again (saved us some money.) they always provide a helpful red, yellow, green checklist report and I appreciated them helping prioritize the items and ultimately suggest the 2 most critical to repair and another (more expensive) that we could probably wait to the next service to get. I appreciated the thoroughness and empathy they showed. Will continue to use them for all our auto care needs

Dona Magno Had a great experience at Mosé. My car was staeting then not starting. Brought my car down for them to check out. The hope was that they could recreate the same issue at their shop so they could do a diagnostic in that moment. Of course every time they tried, my car started right up. A code did pop up in the initial diagnostic history that seemed like the best bet to pursue. I need my car to work and make a living, so to me it made sense to move forward with that repair. I felt very comfortable pusuing the most likely repair because Mose’ & Carlos were so kind and patient with answering the multitudes of questions that I had. I got the vibe of honesty which is very important to me. Carlos told me to bring my car back in 15 days so they could check for any new codes that might pop up. Follow through to boot! Instead of pay your invoice. Here’s your key back. Good-bye. That is good customer service that will build a relationship with any new client.
