Maya Chavez This is arguably the best repair shop I have ever been to. I called to request an alternator replacement and if they could get me in, they provided an estimate over the phone and got me in same-day. They were true to their word following completion of the work with great value and no hidden agendas to say more things were wrong. They are welcoming and friendly from the second you walk in the door to after completion. They even got it done earlier than they thought. Due to work conflicts, I couldnt pick it up until the following morning and they said it was no problem/no charge. Highly recommend Johnsons, as this is now my go-to shop!!

Lucelle Agustin Oscar is so great and we’ll be going to him for any car issues from now on. From our first interaction on the phone, you can tell how he is good at communication, honest and knowledgeable. He gave us all we needed to make an informed decision without pressure. And was super patient and flexible with us regarding car pick up time because it was hectic on our end. I greatly appreciate his hard work! I know very little about cars and when I brought in my vehicle to better understand what my car was trying to tell me, they were extremely helpful and kind. I love that they also have classes to educate folks about car maintenance! I cant wait to attend the classes.

Drew Lee Outstanding experience! Setting up the appointment online was easy, the vehicle check in was painless, they sent the work order link right to my phone with the price for me to approve or decline. They kept me updated with photos of my vehicle, the diagnostic, findings and work orders with prices (with tax) for me to approve or deny. (All on a link on my phone) They text me when my vehicle was done and the guy at the counter when I picked up my vehicle was awesome.

Arjae Guiao These guys do it best. I had a major upper timing cover leak which was getting oil everywhere and I had to drive to Canada in 3 days. Safe to say, I made it to Canada and back with no issues whatsoever. I was quoted HALF of what my dealership quoted and in the same amount of time. Anthony, who works the front desk, was very professional and communicated everything that needed to be done as well as timeline. I am so lucky to have a repair shop like this so close to where I live, and they will 100% be seeing me again.

Ashley Gothenquist Great place and super helpful staff! My rear tire popped during rush hour and AAA wouldnt be able to come for a long while, so I was very lucky to be only a block away from Jeffs. Despite the heat and the unexpected nature of the situation, Matt and Pops took the time to not just help me replace the popped tire with my spare, but patched the holes that caused the issue in the first place! It is such an encouraging experience to know that the local auto shop is not only the place with the comedic signs, but also a place with great character.

Alex Thilen Dennis and his pops are the best. Quality work, good communication, and fair pricing. I’m impressed with their appreciation for Toyotas and that they use high quality (OEM) parts for their work. Highly recommend!
