Philip Lang Bratch Auto Body did a great job fixing my car. They didn’t try to sell me anything extra and focused entirely on solving the problem. The repair ended up saving me about 90% of what I thought it would cost, which I really appreciated. Their approach felt honest and practical, and the work was done well. I’d definitely go back if I need more repairs in the future.

Tuan Phan Sam was very attentive and suggested the necessary works on my Corolla instead of upselling services. I appreciated his timely manner, got me in and out in a few hours, and prices are even better than most places. Highly recommend and def will be back!

Nita Fulwiler I was able to get in right away for an oil change And to look at a possible problem with my back brake lights which kept coming on intermittently when I was not in the car. I was surprised that I was able to get in right away and the work was done very efficiently and hopefully my brake lights will stop coming on. They were adjusted. I also got a ride back home so I I could stay home to wait for the car and they picked me back up again to bring me back up to pay. Great service there. I will definitely be back.

Sierra Ober I had an insurance claim for my Hyundai, someone attempted to steal it so steering panel was torn apart, window broken, etc. NW Auto Repair worked with my insurance no problem and got my car all fixed up in a timely manner. Even vacuumed and dusted my whole car, not just the glass clean up. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely go back for future repairs!
