4 /5 Chloe: Had a smooth experience with Dere Auto. William is very helpful - he kept me updated on my cars progress, was transparent about the cost breakdown and didnt try to up sell me. I brought my Mazda in on short notice, needed all of the fluids replaced and they turned it around within a couple of days.

5 /5 Kevin Leung: Very friendly and quality service. Brought my vehicle in after smelling some burnt rubber. They were able to take me in that day and test drove the car as well as inspecting the vehicle in detail. I really appreciate then being thorough. They confirmed there was no issue, and havent smelled anything since. The value was fair for their time and I will be coming back for regular maintenance.

5 /5 Alexandra McCarthy: If you are looking for reliable and trustworthy mechanics Dere Auto is one of the very few in that group. Ive been taking all my cars to them since 2011. I never have to worry about being forced to do unnecessary repairs on my car or being overcharged. They also do a great job. And let me know if something is not worth keep putting money into it. At least 5 of my female coworkers take their cars there for years as well.

5 /5 Heather McPherson: I was first introduced to Dere Auto with the West Seattle location (closed after the two locations consolidated staff to just one location) and I now drive half an hour each way to get my car diagnosed and repaired by Dere Auto in South Seattle. Staff are professional, kind, and informative and have taken the time to accurately diagnose issues while being transparent about which services are urgent and which can wait. Pricing is extremely fair and I often save a few hundred dollars compared to what other auto shops want to charge me for identical services.
