From the customer service to the work I had done on my car to the communication throughout, they went above and beyond. For reference, I had major work done on my car including spark plugs, boots, etc. They were able to take it in quickly so that I could get back on the road within a day. The service was professional, timely, and top notch as my car is running fantastic. I would highly recommend their services! Glad to have found my new car place!

5 /5 JASON BRANDALISE: Great customer service, a pleasure to deal with. Badass mechanics, not afraid to do extensive dis and reassembly of entire dashboard (heater and evaporator core replacement). Really fast too, had my truck back to me in n less than a day and a half and at a very reasonable price!

Took my Honda Ridgeline in for a diagnostic check and got exactly what was needed and recommended. Elite Auto care by far gives you upfront knowledgeable information,recommendations and advice without any pressure.There wasn’t any lack of transparency or accountability. Thank you Thomas & Nicole for your down to earth service and safety comes 1st when dealing with your customers. I live 1 hour away and without hesitation I would come back again to have my vehicle serviced and repaired by Elite Auto Care!

Following an extensive assessment, Thomas explained every issue clearly, including the timeline for making any repairs and available options. As opposed to other dealerships Ive been to, I feel like I can fully trust his assessment and treatment recommendations. Did not feel like anything was being recommended unnecessarily. Would highly recommend.

5 /5 Tim Streck: My 2002 Toyota 4-Runner needed a timing belt and Elite Auto Care had good ratings and shop availability. Their communications and estimate were as expected so I book the service. When I brought the vehicle in I noted an oil smell and they offered to investigate the leak. My estimate was accurately adjusted and impressively they were able to keep the vehicle for another day to replace the leaking valve covers. From my experience, they guys are succeeding as they aim to build an honest and trustworthy auto service center in Seattle. Keep up the good work and all the best!
