Winston Eastman I have been taking my car here for a while now and I dont prefer to go anywhere else. Because of kids and a job I cant not have a car. When I told the staff that I would be getting a rental for the week so I could get my car worked on they came through and were able to get it back to me by Friday after dropping it off that Monday. There was more work than I had anticipated, but I got my car back on Friday like I had hoped and I feel like I paid a fair price for the work done and the peace of mind knowing people who know what they are talking about have worked on my car. Thanks again and I will be back!

Elias This is my second time that ARA CARSTAR fix my car in different occasion. ARA CARSTAR is the best. I would recommend to anyone to take their cars to this auto workshop. I am so pleased by their professionalism. They informed me via text what work they did and what work next to be done. Very important, ARC CARSTAR are very reliable unlike other auto machines that don’t do their responsibilities ARA CARSTAR are very reliable. I took my car to other auto mechanic that was recommended by my insurance, that auto mechanic saw my car and they told me they will inform to my insurance and they will let me know. Guess what, they never called or informed to my insurance. I called my insurance and they recommended me ARC CARSTAR. They were correct ARC CARSTAR are perfect I recommend any one to visit them.

Ha Travis Conaway motors worked in my Audi s3. After many hours of tearing it apart and trying to fix it myself, I accepted defeat and towed it to Conaway. They were fast. Took 2 days to diagnose, and 2 days to get it done. I had originally figured there was water in my fuel and thought I got it all out, but when Conaway took it, they diagnosed it with the same issue and cleared my tank + crankcase correctly. Eric, the tech who worked on my car was extremely knowledgeable and had great customer service. Had a great conversation with him over the car and he was super helpful. Told me exactly what he did. My float on my fuel pump was even broken (I told him dont worry about it), but he even fixed it for me when he took the fuel pump out. Along with adding a clamp to one of my loose hoses. And then told me other little things about my car just to make sure I knew about them Broken plastics/supports etc). Overall, was worth my money and great experience. They know what theyre doing for sure. Adding on to that, Logan was super nice over the phone and even though I was being a pain in the butt, he stayed professional and reassured me. Evan Boyd When you’re looking for a mechanic you want to be able to trust them and know they will back their work. I had an issue with a failed component in my powerstroke they had serviced and without any frills or hesitation they had me bring it back in and covered it all under warranty. From start to finish they were polite and friendly, apologetic about the mistake, fixed it in a timely manner, and overall made me feel at ease. If you’re in the Everett area and looking for a trustworthy shop then definitely go here. Special thanks to Matt A for taking care of us.

They quickly assessed the work, took care of all interactions with the insurance company, and agreed on the repair cost. They also independently sourced and selected all the necessary parts.
