I was disenchanted with medical services as a whole thanks to extensive referrals and scheduling conflicts with my previous doctors, but here, they saw me right away and even offered me a new primary care direct, even though I wasnt in the most pain I could have been. I felt listened to by everyone that saw me from the front desk to the specialist. The staff here went above and beyond too, putting in extra lab orders, calling the coverage company, and explaining in detail what everything means without skipping terms.
