5 /5 Priya Frank: Such a great team of folx at Finesse. I was able to get in right away and they were kind, thorough, and efficient. They stayed in touch with me frequently and explained what was going on with my car in a way that was accessible for those not in the automotive field. They even gave me a tour of the space, which is professional and organized. Although it was pricier than I initially expected, I will definitely go back because it felt worth it. Glad to have an awesome repair shop in such a convenient location.

5 /5 Jordon Woods: Although this shop specializes in higher-end vehicles, they were still able to get My Ford Mustang GT in by appointment and complete all work requested in a timely manner. Communication is a big deal when it comes to leaving your car with a shop. Finesse Auto has the BEST communication by far. Quick replies along with constant updates and proof of work; what more could you really ask for from a shop? This past visit the shop not only order me a new wheel bearing for one of my wheels (rear left was bad) but also ordered me new rear tires which arrived in a timely manner. I had an LED steering wheel i had been wanting to install as well. They told me they would take care of it and thats just what they did. These guys are trained professionals! If your having issues with your car give them a call and Im positive theyd be happy to help you work something out.

5 /5 sana shafiuddin: I went to this shop twice since moving to Seattle 1 year ago. I went for a routine oil change and had some minor maintenance done when it was advised. I have never received better service from an auto service and repair shop than I have at this location. The price point is reasonable and their service is beyond excellent. I am able to easily manage my appointments by texting one of the employees on their company phone, which helps manage my busy lifestyle. They are transparent about everything and I never get the sense they are trying to "sell me" anything. They build you an online profile where the same pictures are taken of your car every time you return to monitor the cars needs. I am able to comfortably wait for my car in their lounge, which has snacks and drinks. The service is reasonably quick. The staff are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and heard. Unless their prices significantly increase, I wont be going anywhere else for my services.

5 /5 Sequoia Perpetua-Lowry: Finesse Auto has become my go-to shop for my 2008 Honda. They are great about explaining the issues (they always check to make sure that they are not underestimating your knowledge, which I really appreciate). Customer service has always been great and I love that I can text them to get estimates/schedule an appointment. The waiting area has fast wifi, complimentary coffee, and multiple seating options which was great for starting my own work day while they quickly completed my appointment.
