5 /5 Shelia DeVaughn: Eric, the owner, is a man of high standards and exceptional compassion. This became known immediately upon meeting him after dealing with another repair shop for almost a month because they did not make the repairs they claimed to have done. Out of concern for my safety, considering the car shut off, lost the ability to brake and had to be towed back to the previous shop several times, it was quite apparent to go to another repair shop. I wasn’t comfortable at attempting to drive the car to Eric’s shop. Out of concern for my wellbeing Eric sent Rob, one of his employees, to meet me and drive the car to his shop. I couldn’t believe this kind of concern and customer service was happening. Thankfully Rob made it to Eric’s shop without any problems. Immediately upon arrival Eric reviewed the pages of repairs from the other shop and upon inspection realized the repairs weren’t performed. He did find multiple deficiencies and countless others once he began working on the car. The very basics, such as the fluids were all low for starters. Without a doubt I’ll be taking all of my vehicles to Eric’s shop in the future because he cares about the vehicles he repairs as if they’re his own. As a result I hold him in high regard.
