5 /5 Evan Boyd: When you’re looking for a mechanic you want to be able to trust them and know they will back their work. I had an issue with a failed component in my powerstroke they had serviced and without any frills or hesitation they had me bring it back in and covered it all under warranty. From start to finish they were polite and friendly, apologetic about the mistake, fixed it in a timely manner, and overall made me feel at ease. If you’re in the Everett area and looking for a trustworthy shop then definitely go here. Special thanks to Matt A for taking care of us.

They know the fleet portals very will and are more then willing (and extremely diligent) at making sure everything gets approved for each van we have sent their way. Yall are the best. Thank you!

1 /5 Izac Margarito: Back in October of 2024 I took my truck to this shop because they work on diesel engines. The truck had some external oil leaks. A little over month later the leaks were supposed to be repair and they even put 2 new batteries. ($2000) repair! About a week later it still had bad external leak. I took it back for that main reason and the batteries weren’t holding charge. I asked them to give me a diagnose on why the truck would die after running for a while. They told me the truck has an internal leak. I’m ok with paying for the diagnose but I need them to do the repair on the external leak under warranty! It’s been 3 MONTHS! They keep giving me every excuse they can come up with and no results! I discourage you to stay away from this shop!
