Evan Boyd When you’re looking for a mechanic you want to be able to trust them and know they will back their work. I had an issue with a failed component in my powerstroke they had serviced and without any frills or hesitation they had me bring it back in and covered it all under warranty. From start to finish they were polite and friendly, apologetic about the mistake, fixed it in a timely manner, and overall made me feel at ease. I am so pleased by their professionalism. They informed me via text what work they did and what work next to be done. I took my car to other auto mechanic that was recommended by my insurance, that auto mechanic saw my car and they told me they will inform to my insurance and they will let me know. They quickly assessed the work, took care of all interactions with the insurance company, and agreed on the repair cost. They also independently sourced and selected all the necessary parts. I left the car for the agreed time and picked it up fully ready. Very satisfied with the quality of service and the result — the car looks great. I recommend them!
