1 /5 Jordan Grey Shafapay: Thought this was going to be a legit place, they charged me $215 to tell me i need to replace my rear brakes and it will cost me $1400. Big rip off when the parts cost no more than $300. I initially brought my car in to inspect my suspension and axels due to a obvious noise it was making. They couldnt even tell me what was wrong with it yet still charged me a diagnostic fee. Is this place even licensed to fix anything on a car. I would not trust my car here or anyones ever. Stay away from this place, these guys are clowns.

They are incredibly reliable and communicate very well, always ensuring Im kept in the loop. On the rare occasions when theres an issue, they go above and beyond to make it right. I highly recommend Glenns for anyone looking for top-notch service and a team that truly cares about their customers.

1 /5 Izzy Blep: After doing some price comparing, Im going to avoid this place. I did some shopping around and the price I was quoted here was insane. For a lower oil pan replacement, quoted over 8 hours of work for a total of $1,600 on a 2015 Nissan Altima 4cyl. I got a quote from Buckys for a little over $300. The total cost for me to do it myself, going from having no tools to buying all the tools and components I would need would come to $320.37 after tax (buying from AutoZone), and the repair takes 2-3 hours max taking time to learn the process. These sound like the exact type of people youve been told to avoid: overcharging because who is going to know the difference. Im going with Buckys. Nissan Altima 2015 4cyl Oil Pan replacement Glenns Quote: ~$1,600.00 (before tax) Buckys Quote: ~$406.64 (after tax) DIY AutoZone: $320.37 (after tax) Prices all include full oil change. You do the math. I dont like doing one star reviews. You can look at my history and it shows that I try to only review places when theyre 5 star places. Right now though, Im in a compromised position. Money is tight, and I need my car for work. I dont have the luxury to faff about with my finances because a mechanic wants some insurance money I may or may not be capable of supplying.

5 /5 Caleb Kallander: Had a horrible experience with the previous management and shop team screwing my brakes up, costing me another brake job and a rental on top of that with no interest whatsoever in making things right after giving them thousands of dollars of business with prior staffing. Firstly, that manager at that time and those technicians are not there anymore. The new team went ahead and promptly got ahold of me about the issue and not only refunded me the full amount to fix the brakes, but they also compensated me for the cost of the rental. They were a great shop before the momentary lapse of poor staffing, and are back to being a high quality, affordable, and honest shop.

5 /5 Racheal Howerton: I had a my SUV towed to Glenn’s after hours, parked in front and dropped my keys in the drop box. I received a text message at exactly 8am stating that they had my SUV. Talked to Jeff a little after that, which he is GReAt! They were able to fix my brakes, change filters, do an oil change and sent my SUV out for new tires by 4pm same day. I picked up at 4:30. Great experience!
