Skye I have been a patient of Jasons for many years. I followed him from Kadlec to here and even recommended my coworkers to him. I can usually get right in and love the friendly staff. The online booking is great too.

R C I recently visited Trios, an outpatient surgery center, and I was pleasantly surprised by the seamless experience. The intake receptionist verified my information and insurance coverage. Karen, who guided me, was friendly and informative, explaining the surgery day process. The pre-op nurse was knowledgeable and reassuring. The staff exhibited a warm and comforting demeanor. The anesthesiologist ensured my safety. My doctor answered my questions and explained the procedure. The surgery room team was kind and reassuring. In recovery, the nurses were exceptionally compassionate and professional. Despite my anxiety, this experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Trios Surgery Center.

Osiel Zuniga Not much to stay, mainly because I wouldnt like to share. But, they were very understanding and caring. I do feel bad for them because they are a small hospital and as a result, the workers are pretty stressed out.

Mary Tompkins Dr saved my life, performed emergency surgery when I had a ruptured gall bladder I would highly recommend him to anyone. Explained everything to me and my family with kindness.

Tawni Hoffer I have seen Stephanie Santos here at this clinic for many years now. She takes time to listen and I always leave there feeling like it was a great visit. She is very quick getting me any referrals I might need and has gone out of her way trying to get me special referrals I needed. Every single time I have asked questions through the Kchart I receive a prompt response. Sometimes by Stephanie herself and sometimes by Karina, her medical assistant, who is very proactive and great by the way! Two other family members now see Stephanie after hearing of my great experience there. I highly recommend this Clinic!

Karla Martin I needed to take my daughter to the ER and there was a zero wait time. The intake coordinator, RN, and provider were all very fast at getting my daughter back to an exam room and getting her visit started within minutes of arrival. The provider and nurse were incredibly patient and kind and took the time to answer all of our questions. It made what could have been a very scary event for an 11 year old a comfortable, relaxed (well, as relaxed as an emergency room trip can be) visit.

J Always very friendly, helpful staff. There’s a reason it takes a day or so to get an appointment: this is the best Express Care clinic in all of the Tri-Cities. Seriously. I’ve had a few positive experiences here and although I get different providers (what can I expect, it’s urgent care) I still feel respected and heard.

Sheila Kaz Dr Pavnica was amazing. He is kind, gentle and not in a hurry. When he is dealing with you, he is dealing with you! He is very good at pt education and explaining everything to the smallest detail. He monitors everything you have going on to determine, if the surgery will be a success. My mom was a high risk surgery and he monitored her until the time was good, her labs were where they needed to be etc. if I wasn’t at the hospital when he was seeing her, he would call and put me on speaker phone for his visit. The nurses all raved about him. I was so very impressed with him!

Mary Lungu I’ve always gotten kind and thorough care here. I often have to bring my four year old with me to appointments, as he doesn’t have preschool often when I go. Everyone is so kind to him.
