5 /5 Bradley Johnson: Thanks to Intermountain Repair Service for assessing the condition of my brakes. Id recently had an oil change at one of the large oil change franchises, and the service tech said I needed to get my rear brake pads replaced because they were wearing thin. I didnt notice or hear anything thatd suggest my brakes were getting worn, but I was curious, so I reached out to Seth at Intermountain before we headed off on a big road trip. He was busy but said I could stop by for a quick inspection, so I did this morning. I arrived and waited briefly as he finished a task, and then we got the van in the garage. The back tires were removed a few minutes later, and he evaluated the brake pads and rotors. They had very little wear and were okay to drive on.
Its nice to know there are quality mechanics who are customer focused. The inspection was free, and I know where Ill bring my vehicles when there truly is a problem. Thanks, Seth!
