Tim Conner Smart Service is now my go to for my auto repair as I really appreciate the thorough and accurate diagnosis of my entire car. They fixed the issue I came to them for and they did some preventative maintenance. I appreciate them calling and sending detailed e-mail to discuss the issue and confirming the plan before doing any work. They also have a convenient after hours vehicle drop off. Very satisfied!

Evan Boyd When you’re looking for a mechanic you want to be able to trust them and know they will back their work. I had an issue with a failed component in my powerstroke they had serviced and without any frills or hesitation they had me bring it back in and covered it all under warranty. From start to finish they were polite and friendly, apologetic about the mistake, fixed it in a timely manner, and overall made me feel at ease. If you’re in the Everett area and looking for a trustworthy shop then definitely go here. Special thanks to Matt A for taking care of us.

Shane Marcell I called and talked to Steve he got me right in. I was at my witts end with this 2001 Mustang Gt. After going through everything. He had it for an hour and had it running after checking everything my fuel pump fuse had blown. Thanks so much you guys are Awesome!!!

Bri Brown My 1966 Mustang broke down on a Tuesday afternoon. I called this shop after 4pm. 2 mechanics came over and got my started. It was having an idle, carburator and hot start issue. These guys were so nice and helpful. They didnt even want to charge me! Its so rare these days to get such amazing service.... Especially in a pinch. I am so thankful for them (I believe it was Ahmed and JT). They even adjusted my idle to ensure it would get me home. Thank you so much!!!

Kalah Burnham Top spec auto is a fantastic shop! They communicate super well, have very fair pricing, and are very honest which is hard to find in most mechanic shops. As a woman Ive always had issues with shops trying to up sell me on parts and over charge me, but this is the first shop Ive been to that hasnt done that. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for any mechanical needs.
