5 /5 Vivian Clarkson: Im very satisfied with the results of my hair since Mrs. Stacey at JCPENNEY salon and Im very careful about who touches my hair and I trust every decision she recommended, my hair is healthy, thick and strong and pass my shoulder. It had taken over 10years to find a stylist I could trust and didnt want to just cut my hair short for their convenience. Mrs. Stacey thank you, and bless your anointed hands and wonderful lady of God. You will be satisfied ladies she is bad meaning good. Gorgeous hair I have and get a lot of compliments.
