Next he is flexible and understanding about the car repair. He will go above and beyond to understand the situation. He is such a good mechanic that he saved me a tow truck situation when my starter motor refused to work by showing up with a mobile repair platform! As a final gesture of great service he lowered the charge because of my clever ability to understand my own car repair which saved us both time.
