5 /5 Dogs Sherberg: After going through over 7 shops/ mechanics, some certified, some highly recommended, etc, my truck still had the same ongoing issues. I purchased it new and it has low miles. A friend who had several cars restored through JP automotive recommended them and when I received the estimate I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I almost walked away and I am so glad I didnt. They were the only ones that properly diagnosed things, they gave me a rental car and then returned my truck washed without me even requesting it. This is better service than any place Ive ever found including dealerships. Mike was great, no BS and getting an estimate for everything that actually needed to be done in order of importance, was something I had never received accurately from any of the other places. I will be returning to get the rest of the work done. The thoroughness and great communication from Mike is something that none of the other places offered.

They do a much better job of troubleshooting than the local dealerships I’ve interacted with. They are pleasant to interact with and they make an effort to keep things affordable.

5 /5 Travis Meyer: Thank you for taking care of me! I drove to work in Burlington from Bellingham and my starter died on me. I was in a pinch, as I needed my rig to pick up my daughter and two other kids from camp that afternoon. AAA towed it to the shop and they had it fixed in no time! so glad they were able to squeeze me in. Thank you much JP crew.

5 /5 Ron Bahr: Mike was great! Very helpful in dealing with our car which broke down on Thanksgiving day. Very communicative and straight forward with the repairs. fixed and addressed only what was wrong with car and followed through with everything we discussed on the car and the repairs. Will certainly recommend them and use them in the future!
