Our car broke down and engine light was on, they waited for us to get a tow and stayed after hours, and didnt charge us for the time they had to wait for us even when we offered, our car is working great now.

5 /5 Wyatt Nataros: Found out the hard way that I needed a new clutch in my Subaru. Found these guys on a Friday night- they did an excellent job and were very good at communicating with me about the details of everything. EDIT: they made some errors with clutch installation, but when I let them know, they worked closely with my local mechanic in Montana and agreed to pay fully for their mistakes. Honest and standup guys at KC automotive. still 5 stars

5 /5 Dblb36: Fantastic Service. Very quick to respond and pick up my Honda which broke down on a cross state trip. The mechanic was extremely friendly and funny. Once we had arrived back at his shop he was very prompt and had a diagnosis within half an hour of arriving. Though it wasn’t great news he was extremely generous with his time and offered any help as far as what direction to take with my situation. Highly recommend these guys if you ever need any automotive help around the Moses Lake Area
