They told me to bring it in, and after I dropped it off, the car was ready to get picked up a hour and a half later. Drove home and the brakes are great. The staff was nice. This was my first time using their auto shop and am very pleased.

This Auto repair shop will lie through their teeth to make a customer or prospective customer look bad. I literally called last week. They look terrible as a business with all their the rude responses. I have an Infiniti Q50 and have no problem with my door. Im being totally serious. I have the call in my call log. What is your problem? Probably a BOOMER My name on this is my name on everything. Feel free to look me up! Why would I lie about pricing lol. A local business that lies in their customer responses to complaint. They tried to say that I reviewed a dispensary, which I didnt, but how does that invalidate my review? Are you upset by your incompetence? I recently called Kent Automotive for a quote on replacing the heater hoses, upper and lower radiator hoses, and the serpentine belt on my vehicle. To my surprise, the estimate they gave me was over $400 more than the quote I received from the Infiniti dealership. That’s a pretty big difference—especially considering dealerships are usually the more expensive option. As a middle-class, working individual, I’ve always believed that local auto shops are supposed to offer a more affordable, honest alternative. That’s what I hoped to find with Kent Automotive. Instead, I was left scratching my head, wondering how a neighborhood mechanic could charge more than a luxury automotive dealership. I really wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately, the pricing just didn’t make sense. If you’re shopping around for repair quotes, make sure to compare—because you might be surprised where the better deal comes from.

1 /5 H.W. Rackham: CAUTION THEY WILL CHEAT YOU Brought my car in, door handle wouldnt work. They wanted $1200 to fix it. Took it to a different shop, took an hour of labor to get it working like new. Turns out nothing was broken but a tiny piece of plastic that cost $2.00. Kent Autobody wanted to order the entire door assembly kit for over $500 and then charge $700 in labor for something that wasnt even broken. Absolute cheats. Never will I recommend, DO NOT GO! EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: Weve spoken twice over the last few days regarding this issue, The fact that you would try to gaslight your customers into thinking because I mistakenly used Kent auto body rather than Kent Auto repair that this is simply a fake review is kind of disgusting. Reading your other reviews that are really low Youve done the same thing to others. Saying that theyre posting fake reviews. Heres the receipt that I had from you for the 0.5 hours of labor to take off the door panel and check the door handle. I didnt want to pay $1,200 so I took the diagnostic fee, left and found a different shop who fixed the entire problem for less than $200. In my opinion youre a cheat and a swindler. I do not advise customers to go to you. You will pay an exorbitant price and if you have a problem with it theyll gas light you and others.
