Imagine my surprise when they called less than 24 hours later saying it was ready for pick up! The staff is friendly, and they communicated everything to me, even going through what any additional charges might apply based on the repair. This will definitely be my go-to shop from now on!

5 /5 Matthew Stave: These guys really helped me out this weekend! I live in Poulsbo and my wife was having contractions and going to be in labor. But the car was breaking down and we made it to St. Joes and dropped it off to Lloyd and Wilson. They were able to put me in two weeks early given our emergency situation and help us out fast. The issue was quickly diagnosed and fixed. They really know their stuff and it was a much better price than I expected! I highly recommend this shop. They saved us big time!

4 /5 Wil: Trust worthy and they do quality work in a timely manner. Make sure you bring your checkbook or debit card. Because there is an additional charge using a credit card. Which unfortunately, they dont tell you until time of payment. It would be nice if they told you this when you received your estimate and before scheduling work to be done.
