5 /5 Conrad K: Honest shop that brought my Firebird back to life! Master Tech Auto has done EVERYTHING on my 97 Firebird, and I couldnt be more impressed. They didnt just do a repair here or there - they rebuilt the soul of a car I care a lot about. From the shocks and suspension, to tune ups and more, every job was handled professionally and with care. They took a car that was vibrating at stops, driving like a shopping cart full of bricks, and leaking power steering fluid, and turned it back into a clean, tight, solid ride. Ive gone from wobbly steering and bald tires to hugging corners with fresh Falkens - and a new appreciation for proper handling. They explained everything clearly and never tried to upsell me or pull any shady diagnostics. Just straight-up honesty and solid work. The prices are fair for the quality, and I trust them with my car - which says a lot, because I dont trust most people to even touch it. Shes still got a long road ahead, and I plan to keep taking her to Master Tech for every step.

Glad I did, they resolved the issue. Quoted it was going to take an initial 5 hours past the first diagnosis but they resolved the issue much faster. I was happy to see the honesty and glad I found a mechanic I can trust.

5 /5 Debbie Gregoire: I took my Lexus to them for a second opinion and they spoke the truth and gave wise advice after Toyota of Tri-Cities tried to have me spend $6,500 on a repair. They quoted me $5,000 but encouraged me to take it to the Lexus Service in Spokane and reassured me it was still under warranty. I appreciated their integrity and will take my vehicle to them from now on.
