5 /5 Kristin Hall: I normally hate the thought of going to a car shop because I always feel like an easy target because I know nothing about cars so when my car started to make a weird noise when I brake, I was dreading looking for a mechanic. I got a referral to M&N auto from a friend and my entire experience was amazing.  When I called to set up my appointment the woman I spoke to I believe her name was Sarah was genuinely helpful and cared about my issue and wanted to get me in right away. When I arrived for my appointment. Sarah was training a new hire I believe by the name of Kayla, both of which were so extremely helpful and nice and talked to me through the entire process. Even Kayla being new only a few days on the job was able to completely explain to me the process what would be happening and how they would go about diagnosing my vehicle and I left my car in capable hands, knowing that things would be taken care of. When I arrived later to pick up my car, the mechanic stayed late just to take a test drive with me to make sure that he wasn’t missing anything, and Sarah went above and beyond to make sure that I knew all of my options for payment as well as what needed to be taken care of immediately versus what I could wait on for my car. I never felt any pressure and they did not try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. You could tell that they genuinely cared about their customers and just wanted to help I will definitely be going back to them as their pricing was fair and their customer service was excellent.
