Teri and Ken are always honest and complete in their assessment of the issue; they offer alternative options when they are able. They were willing to let us get our car towed here as a first time customer when we had issues immediately on moving to the area. We have now been loyal customers for the last 6 years and hope not to need them very often, but appreciate their safe and comprehensive service.

5 /5 Marla K: What a wonderful place with spectacular people!! I was heading through town, just an hour away from my destination on a Friday afternnon and broke down on the freeway. They helped me find a tow truck to get my car to them and they were able to start working on it immediately when I got there! They diagnosed and fixed the problem (my driveshaft had fallen off) and I was back on the road heading to meet my new grandbaby in about an hour and a half at a reasonable price (no price gouging)! They took care of me like family and I was blessed to have found them! I believe if I had taken my car anywhere else it would not even have been looked at until Monday. I cant thank these wonderful people enough, I highly recommend them and urge you to go there! Best wishes and many, many , many thanks to all of the staff!

5 /5 L: I reached out to about five different mechanics, and Motorworks was the only one that could schedule me an appointment within days, rather than making me wait weeks like other places. They also included the diagnostic in their service, which saved me the $200 charge that other places, including the Subaru dealership, would have tacked on. The service was completed the same day, and the staff was not only friendly but also took the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely be recommending Motorworks to others :)

5 /5 Ted McIlvain: After being told my Jeeps transmission was leaking at another shop and they didnt want to do a transmission. They changed the oil. I called Motorworks for a complete look over. They were able to fit me in fairly quick. They looked it over and found that was not the issue at all. They also noted its battery was starting to fail. They were very good with communicating. The time frame to fix as well as the cost. I feel they saved me money and time to repair or replace a transmission that didnt need it. I will definitely go here again and recommend them.
