He diagnosed the problem, ensured the charging system was working, and replaced the battery. Very fairly priced; glad I came across his other reviews. I highly recommend his service!

5 /5 Brandon Stewart: Googled "auto repair Mill Creek" and NW Auto Clinic was one of the top results. Gave em a call and had an appointment for my vehicle within a day. You might be thrown off by it being run out of his garage, but please dont let it fool you, Christian is nothing but professional. He had everything needed to diagnose and fix your vehicle, and hell do it cheaper and just as high quality as any other place. He works fast, and its incredibly transparent with cost and what work he needs to do. Id give the business 6/5 stars of I could.

5 /5 Rita Chew: My car broke down at 4:30pm on the Friday of Memorial Day long weekend! I was referred to NW Auto Clinic and Christian got me in by 5:30! He not only replaced the alternator, but also figured out why it had failed. We went to get the part at the auto parts store 2 mins. away and he replaced and rewired the connector so that it would never happen again. He was so thorough and professional (he even cleaned my battery and had it charging the whole time he was working on the car!) I am truly grateful to have been able to enjoy the long weekend without having a broken down car! Thank you so much! Highly recommend NW Auto Clinic
