5 /5 Dan Kim: This is my dads new PCP and I can say its the best doctors office Ive been to. From new patient intake, front desk, nurses, the health coach, to the doctor, everyone was super helpful, friendly, and seemed to want the best for my dad. Iora has a health coach for each patient which is very helpful as they are the advocates for their patients to ensure proper care is received by documenting concerns, summarizing each visit, coordinating any referrals/authorizations, follow-ups, etc. My dads first visit was an HOUR long to get his medical background and to get familiar with my dad as a new patient. I feel very comfortable with Iora being my dads PCP and highly recommend them to others for senior care. Plus they are contracted with Medicare Humana so they are familiar with their policies and coverage.
The facility looks new, is clean, and has a comfortable environment. The Renton location is easily accessible with plenty of parking.
