Some minor body damage covered by insurance; Other issues on a separate ticket on my dime. Beyond making repairs, the team counselled me on how I could address certain cosmetic issues on my own. It was as if we were working on the car together; A team experience. All too rare these days. I would recommend Pacific time and again.

Communication was awesome (thank you Ethan), it was done in a timely manner, and most importantly the work turned out excellent - I had major anxiety and can be rather particular... Pacific Motor Company delivered! Everything was seamless once insurance sent them my info when things were figured out with that whole aspect - I was called within a matter of minutes, was able to drop my car off that same day and they had the rental/loaner car insurance covered pull up for me to take. I hardly had to lift a finger, which felt kind of weird to be honest.
