They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. My car runs perfectly now, and the pricing was very fair for the quality of service. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust—these guys definitely earned mine. Highly recommend!

Savannah Chavez They did great work!! It’s never any fun when you’re involved in a car accident, but they handled my experience so well and answered all of my questions regarding insurance. They were kind and worked with me on drop off/pick up times. Quicker repairs than I’ve had dealing with any other auto body shops!! Would definitely recommend for your car repairs.

Joël Nshimirimana The service at Gregs was AMAZING! A previous shop had messed up my car, but these guys got it running smoother than before, it drives as smooth as new, matter of fact the car glides, it doesnt struggle to drive anymore, they got me all season tires replacement without me asking specifically for them, and was worried I forgot to mention it but they were ahead of me, my hybrid is quieter and smoother than it was before! I have already recommended them to people I know!

Dorothy Gorder The technician that came out to assist me in my time of need was very kind, friendly, patient, understanding, and all around a true blessing. For my situation a person had stolen my keys so that I couldnt leave. I just happened to have had enough money on me to call the mobile mechanic to remake me brand new keys so that I can drive my vehicle away. Im not sure the cost in general for a mobile locksmith, about 8 years ago I did need somebody to get into my garage for me and that was $180 I believe about 8 years ago and for this particular technician to come out open my car and also provide me with a key that would open my door and would start my vehicle I paid $220 so I would have to say in comparison pretty reasonable. Later on that evening I thought to myself man I should make a copy of my copy and Walmart was not able to do so because they dont have the car key to have a duplicate made. I then called the mobile mechanic and asked what that would cost or what that would take or if they could even make me a duplicate key and unfortunately it would have cost me the exactly same amount to get a replacement key or I should say an extra key so lesson learned I should have asked him to make me two keys the first time. Because theres no way I can afford $440 out of nowhere. So if you call this mobile mechanic and you think you might need two keys at all ask the first time. But definitely overall extremely satisfied with my mobile mechanic. I wish I remembered his name cuz he was very very polite very kind definitely a sweet Young man.

Not only did they go above and beyond with their customer service, but fixed my car ASAP and explained exactly what they did, even saved me a little money! 1000% recommend this place. Dawson Mary “Marychris” I have found my new, locally owned mechanic! Ive been taking my 2015 Subaru to the dealer since I bought it in 2017--telling them there is something wrong in the front end at every oil change and being told there is nothing wrong. Ive watched Mechanics Northwest grow their business the last few years or so. Decided to bring my car to Mechanics NW for servicing. Without me mentioning the front end noise, they told me they found it on inspection and offered a repair estimate significantly less than the dealer. Got my car back with all of the routine maintenance done AND the CV joints fixed in under 24 hours! They helped me with transportation both dropping and picking up my car. All of the service estimates and work was well documented and the final price came in UNDER the estimate. The entire team was absolutely delightful to interact with. Thank you Mechanics NW for such a positive first experience! You are my new neighborhood mechanics shop!

J Smith This was my first time using this shop . I needed to have a battery cutoff switch added to my classic 68 mustang and the transmission serviced on my GMC sierra pickup. They were able to complete both jobs in the same day for me so I only had to take 1 day off of work and the level of service and work I received was amazing. They did a perfect job on both tasks. The owner even drove me home in between services and came and picked me up when it was done. Keith the office guy is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with . This shop is a real relief when the industry is flooded with so many sketchy shops. They even gave me great pricing compared to many other shops I had been quoted by. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for peace of mind when having work done on your car. Will definetly do business again and refer anyone I know needing work to this shop. Great staff.
