While he remained firm with pricing, he was able to accommodate me delivering services before the stated time I needed it by when I informed him I had plans in the afternoon. I love it when places are reliable and honest and do exactly as they say they would! I appreciate seeing my car washed up - adds a nice touch!

I know I can trust what they say, and that they will be up front about necessary and ‘nice to have’, giving me time to plan and prepare for repairs which aren’t immediately needed (and are pricey). As a woman, I have felt taken advantage of by assumptions made about my knowledge of car mechanics, but I’ve never ever felt that way at Pacific Rim. I had a car under warranty so I was going to the dealer for upkeep etc, but once the warranty ran out I was quickly reminded why I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you to the team at Pacific Rim!

The longer useful life spans of our vehicles can be directly attributed to the quality of care and maintenance Pacific Rim consistently provides. I greatly appreciate the timely advice the staff provides, both in-person and over the phone, to address my concerns, from the simplest things like what type of new tires to buy to more complex issues of how best to keep our oldest cars running safely.
