MJ Wright Dr. Kaepernick is the first doctor I’ve had who I can say is outstanding. We made a plan TOGETHER and she was supportive of whatever route I wanted to take. Not only did she take the time to explain things thoroughly in a way that made sense, but listened to my concerns, shared her thoughts and provided guidance while taking my personal experience into consideration. Her kindness and empathy are an even match with her skill—all of which are excellent. She even called me on a Sunday morning to give me some results I was waiting for! I feel so grateful to have found her. 10 stars.

Harpur Evoy Avneet Rattan MD is the best, and Im very sorry she is leaving. Shes a real sweetheart and a very good clinician to boot.

Cladoselache Feeling sheepish about presenting a minor injury, namely an embedded splinter that had healed over and was causing a good deal of restriction in the use of the hand, the staff laughed it off and quickly and efficiently removed it. Im grateful to Melissa and everyone there.

Debbi Dorr Dr. Billau is a top-notch, caring doctor. She is a great listener and really takes the time to know her patients and help them make the most informed decisions. Every time I see her I feel fortunate to have her as my PCP. Lovely and professional, and I trust her with my healthcare. Highly recommend.

Haley Jarret I really like the care Ive been getting here. My physician, Dr. Cao, is very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I feel heard and I dont feel rushed. I also dont have to wait too long to be seen. Ive had a good experience.

Dominic Madden Surprised about all the negative reviews. I had a foot injury and was missing work. Finally decided to get it looked at by a doctor. My health insurance had just expired so I was a bit hesitant..... but wow! The main Doc Leslie was amazing, and so were the nurses and receptionists. Overall a pleasant experience despite the circumstances. They seemed decently busy, the lobby was mostly full, but I was seen in under an hour. Would def recommend as the best urgent care Ive been to in Whatcom County. Thank you :)

Tom Boulanger I have never been more impressed with the treatment Ive received at a hospital. The emergency room doctor was able to diagnose me within a few minutes. After doing a CAT scan and ultrasound and blood test they have the results back in 25 minutes. The nursing staff here is the best Ive ever dealt with. I mean genuinely care. The owners of this hospital should give every one of them a golden star for being the best caring understanding took care of my needs as I asked for things that I needed. I just cant say enough. This is the only hospital that I would ever go to. Again thank you everybody so much from the doctors to the nurses to everybody on staff. Yall have something to be proud of
