5 /5 Paul Worrlein: I hired this shop for a pre- purchase inspection of a Porsche. The price was very reasonable, they were willing to talk to me beforehand and afterwards and were very patient with my many questions. They also sent me interim updates while they were doing the inspection. I feel like the inspection was fairly thorough, And they were very friendly to deal with. The technician who helped me is named Max. Five stars from me!

5 /5 Stevie Soriano: Just moved to Seattle and was looking for for a good Mini Cooper autoshop.. Found it!! Had a simple oil change. What I was impressed with was the friendly front line/desk/tech employees. Very welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, communicative and not pushy.. As for the actual work done on the car, as I stayed it was a simple oil change. So far so good. Im just happy I found experts on Mini Coopers..

5 /5 Hannah: Amazing customer service!! I know nothing about cars and was freaking out about a check engine light on, since it’s the first time it’s happened. I appreciate their calm and professional demeanor, suggesting I go to the dealership as my car is most likely under warranty. I’m glad they’re not just out here ripping off customers or made me feel dumb. Will come back in the future for maintenance!

5 /5 Lilli Ann Carey: I bought a used Mini Cooper and needed to get it checked out. This business had good reviews and was fairly close to me. They went over my car for a very reasonable priceand let me know about some minor issues that might come up in the future. They have a super friendly staff, and I felt like they were interested in getting it right. I also had some rattles and they worked to find them and I can happily report, they were successful- And didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I feel like they’ve got my back. I would highly recommend this shop.
