4 /5 Robert Sheehan: Matt was very helpful and accommodating. I was surprised they were able to get all the AC components needed for my 30+ year old van in less than a day, booked service next day, and finished the job in ~5 hours. 4 stars because the tech failed to clean up some spilled brake fluid which ate away some paint on the core support and ac condenser line. Otherwise, excellent service!

5 /5 Kathy Sterling: Travis and team are phenomenal. I was referred to Premier for a second diagnosis for a dealership diagnosis was financially staggering. Premier found one issue but not the financially staggering one. What is so reassuring with Premier? I didnt need to be a mechanic to understand. Thank you Premier!

5 /5 Duane Jones: First of all both the experiences I have had with Premier was with two individuals, Matt and Travis. They were professional, courteous and very informative about my vehicle issues. I am so glad that I could say something about this company. I had a coworker refer them to me. I am no mechanic by any means and yet I felt not embarrassed when explained on vehicle repairs. I highly recommend Premier because in essence you are in good hands!

5 /5 Jonathan Standridge: Hard to express how professional, caring and knowledgeable the folks are at Premier. I brought a friend who could only communicate via sign language and a very limited budget in for a brake job. The folks a Premier worked with this young lady to ensure her car was safely repaired at a price she could afford. The steps the Premier team took went above and beyond what needed to be done. Their final quote to me as we left after paying the bill was, sometimes doing the right thing for someone goes beyond just business. Thank you. This is what taking care of your community is supposed to look like!!!

I also value the shuttle service they offered, along with their clear communication and regular updates! They even finished the job ahead of schedule, which was important since I was on a tight timeline for going to work later in the day, which allowed me to arrive on time. I highly recommend this shop and will return whenever my vehicle requires service!
