5 /5 Timothy Reed: Roger runs a honest and reasonably priced shop. Him and his team of mechanics service our work rigs and have always been able to get us back in action. What I like the most about his shop is that they are not trying to replace unnecessary parts along the way and will tell you if something is still usable.

5 /5 Caroline Lambert: Roger is the real deal, He put an alternator on my car and within a week or so It was not working again. Turns out it was a faulty alternator so he had to order from the dealer. He had it fixed and back on the road in no time. As a woman I am always reluctant to trust places that can easily take advantage. Again, I needed his services as my AC was blowing hot air and another shop thought I might have a small leak. Instead of making me wait til next week. He went out and added freeon and got me going on my way fast and friendly. He is as honest as they come and I have and will continue to recommend him! Thanks Roger!! He even polished the yellow off of my headlights just because. If it werent for Muffler Bandit I would have never known about hos shop. They to are top notch honest as they come!

5 /5 Scott Bloomer: I own a 2013 Subaru Outback that I purchased in 2015. I was due for my 60k maintenance service. After driving around town to several shops and getting estimates I stopped in at Rigby automotive to inquire about the service needed for my car. Well needless to say I made an appointment for my service and Roger ( the owner) dropped me off at work before he started working on my car. I arranged for a ride back to the shop to pickup my car after work and after I paid for my repairs I was ready to go. Just a side note, Ive done my fair share of automotive work in my younger days and I am very picky on who I entrust working on my vehicles. I now trust Roger enough to request his assistance getting my 1970 Plymouth 340 Cuda running again. It has sit in storage for years and is in need of some mechanical love. I have owned this car since 1974 it is my high school/drag the ave car of which I have many fond memories. I look forward to driving my Cuda again after Roger gets done with it. Thank you Roger.
