It was absolutely amazing, I felt completely relaxed, felt very comfortable she communicated with me the entire time and made sure everything I needed addressed was met. She answered all of my questions, walked me through the entire process explaining what each technique helped with. I left feeling so much looser in me back, hips, and neck, my shoulders and arms don’t hurt nearly as much to move or turn onto my sides. Would absolutely recommend to a friend and will be booking again!
