Like many cars they repair, it belongs to a college student and I was coordinating the repair from hundreds of miles away. They took great care of us, I love you can text them with questions. Pricing was reasonable and repair was done within a day after the parts arrived. I was worried they would be booked up weeks as many good shops are, but they looked at my car within a day of dropping it off and repairs were done a few days later. So nice to have a shop in town we can trust while our daughters are in Pullman for school. Go Cougs!
