5 /5 iinan the mage: Took my 2015 ford in for a cel. I already had the replacement part. I was very apprehensive about going to an independent car dealership. But to my surprise the gentleman who helped me at the service desk was very kind and helpful as was the lady sitting at the desk that had a "boss" nameplate. I dropped off my car feeling confident that they were good people. I picked up my car a few hours later and again he was very nice and took time to chat with me. I will not hesitate to take my car again here knowing that they have friendly and respectful people working there, with fair competitive prices.
