5 /5 Teresa Mata-Cervantes: I need everyone to know how amazing Jessica is as a person and hair stylist. Her balayage skills are top tier and she is the sweetest. Everytime Ive gone to get my hair done by her its a 10/10 job. Her prices are very affordable. Ive never paid more than $200 for a haircut and full balayage.
