5 /5 Paulette Deckers: I took my Volvo XC 60 to Turn Key as I was having a strange message on my dash about my battery level being low and also around that same time my Key Fobs stopped working. Both at the same time. I thought that was odd and thought the two might be related.
After calling both the dealership and several other auto places, I was referred to Turn Key. I am so happy I was, because they turned out to be just the thing I needed to get my situation resolved. They spent about a week doing some diagnostics on the car, putting the battery through different tests to figure out why the cars computer was saying the battery was low or was not charging even after driving and the battery test came back fine. They even called a Volvo Specialist to get the situation figured out. In the end they were unable to get rid of the message on the dash, but I was not worried as they had done everything possible to make sure the car was fine. The spent hours trying to figure it out and only charged me what they felt was fair for their service.
Next time I have an issue with my Volvo, I will definitely be coming back to TurnKey!
