5 /5 Tawny Haskett: I recently visited Ulta for a quick trip, and while the store itself was very nice, neat, and clean, I was disappointed with the lack of customer service. There were three associates behind the counter who seemed too engrossed in their conversation to assist me. It felt like they couldn’t decide who would help because they were more interested in their discussion than the customer in front of them. This store has great potential, but the experience was marred by inattentive service. A little more focus on the customers would make a big difference.
