5 /5 Amanda H: This shop was amazing!!! It’s not easy to trust just anyone with our Porsche, but they are exceptional at Valley Automotive. Emily was communicative and explained things very well. The mechanic who did the work, Ian, was very thorough and even went out of his way to download apps and research into what was happening with one of our speakers. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! So grateful we found a trustworthy shop!

James at the front desk is extremely helpful and personable . Will definitely be a returning customer.

3 /5 Willis shockley: Had oil change and serpentine belt replaced. Oil change was much cheaper than taking it to a jiffy lube type place. Serpentine belt was at least twice of what I could buy myself. They did a inspection of my truck and recommended services. After going through the quote and looking up parts they had listed I learned their price mark ups are quite steep. But no pressure to get them done, they just suggest and give what price they want. You either do or dont. As I was unable to get there before they closed I paid over the phone. They somehow charged someone elses bill to my card. Mine was a bit over $300 the other was over $5400. They called me immediately regarding this when they found the mistake and refunded it immediately. Every person I talked to was very friendly and helpful. Will I return. Honestly no prices are just to high. I have no issue with labor costs, its the price mark ups on parts. Even the credit card issue did not matter as mistakes happen. But price markups are intentional.

James and Emily treated me like I was their only customer, and that is so important to me. From the free Uber ride home to the daily updates on the progress of the repair, the whole experience went smoothly and quickly. I will definitely be going back as well as recommending them to anyone that asks. Thank you VA &E!
