5 /5 Sadie Miller: Sam is the literal best! I went to her and told her kind of what I wanted and showed her some pictures of things that I liked and the end result was AMAZING!! She made great conversation through the whole service, took really good care of me, and, of course, my hair turned out stunning! I go to her every time I need my hair cut and colored and will literally never go to anyone else.

5 /5 Mariah Campos: I’ve had bad experiences trying new hairstylists so I was nervous finding a hair stylist. But Kira from the moment I met her I knew I could trust her. Everytime she does my hair I feel like a new person. She always listens to what I want and helps me maintain healthy hair while coloring it. Anytime anybody asks I tell them to go to her. She can do it all!

5 /5 Morgan Kreckman: I had the most amazing experience at William James the environment of the salon was so cute and super invite but what really made my experience amazing was my stylist Hannah she took the time to understand what I was looking for and help me achieve it. She also took her time in explaining what she was doing on my hair and some of the science behind the products she used. I really appreciated this over other stylists I see because it felt like I wasn’t getting sold into products that just don’t work. Overall will be coming back very soon if your looking for holiday hair Hannah is the one to go to.
