shelby aldenzee My son has wanted designs on his sides and he couldn’t be happier that he got them today! Dana got us in fast for an appointment and it only took 20mins or less to cut! Great environment for my toddler also, she watched a movie on their screen while we waited and of course the candy at the end is always a bonus! Clean and friendly staff. We will definitely be coming back since myself and my daughter scheduled our next hair cut appointments with her.

Danielle Solt Horrible horrible place. I now have to go home a shave my sons head. Why is there black hairs in my blonde child’s hair? They use dirty materials.I should have refused to pay for it but I didn’t want to deal with the drama.

Nic Munji I have a regular barber here and she is great but whenever i can’t fit her schedule and try to walk in it just never works out. Today I waited 40 minutes for walk in service without anyone saying a word to me. Unfortunate

Gini Oneal Great experience! I called at 10:30 and got an appointment for 11 that same day. Byron cut my sons hair and it looks great. My son has a really bad cow lick in the front and we have had multiple bad experiences with lining him up and Byron did a wonderful job! I definitely will be going back

Ayaan Fn He has 0 interest to do haircut, not at all recommended. Pay more are go somewhere else but don’t come here and get your hair cut messed up. I got three cuts with the trimmer even after I told him to be gentle.

Jose Canela Very bad experience here, very disappointing bad customer service with the Asian lady that works there discarding the barbers. The lady that works there gave us very bad customer service also she almost left my aunt with no hair. I see a lot of post here about boys or men haircuts being good and great, maybe for men they do a great job, but all the women out there , this is a very unprofessional place to go I do not recommend it.

Sarah This is my second time coming here and I love it!! So happy COVID is lifting and I can get a hair cut again!!!! LOL. Very nice and professional people here. I love my hair cut and that it was only 18 dollars since I am female that is good price. WOOOT!!! I tipped them big to make up for no work for so long when hair cut places were shut down. :(

Diego Pérez Melgar I have come couple of times here but this last time the guy who cut my hair, I can definitely say he didnt want to be there, spraying water all over my face and hitting my head every time he tried to comb my hair. It was not a bad haircut, but it was really uncomfortable. Not tip at all this time.

umadevi kalidindi I went today for my 5 year old girl haircut. They did a bad job. I specifically told her not to cut too short but she did it anyway. It’s a minimum common thing for a hairstylist to do what client wants. They need to know how to take care of client’s needs. She did the haircut like she is in rush or something. They need to change the saloon name as IMPERFECT haircuts.

Her and the owner were super sweet and compassionate and really listened to what my father wanted. I will be coming back again - thanks Sina for being so kind & compassionate she just kept smiling the whole time- I love coming to hair salons that understand and are patient.

P Thao Zero stars!!! Stay away if you are Asian! There are two Asian ladies there. The younger Asian lady is extremely rude, disrespectful, and mean. It’s ashamed she’s even Asian treating another Asian like this. She does not like Asian people. Everytime we walked in, she will always give us dirty looks and never welcome us. One time I’ve put my son on the list to get his cut with the older Asian lady who is the best barber there. When it was my son’s turn, she told me why did I wait for her when I can just have someone else cut his hair. Excuse me?! I’m paying for this haircut, not you! I can book him with anyone I want. Another time, the mean Asian lady cut my son’s hair. I’ve told her I wanted a fade with zero around the sides and back. She had the audacity to started scraping his head. He kept telling her Ow, it hurts, it hurts and she kept going then stopped. She then had the audacity to say, “Well, your Mom wanted zero”, with attitude. I was extremely angry and was so close to telling this b**** off! This b**** have issues and extremely immature for intentionally trying to hurt a child. Every cut that my son gets, the fade are so bad! It always looks like he has a freaken toupee and the line are all crooked, it’s NOT even a fade. I feel like it’s intentional because they always do a good job on others. I never returned and do NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Raj Lal I wish I could give them less than 0. They are cheap but their job is very cheap. They cut hair and stop and attend other customers haircut needs and switch stylist ( I wont call them stylist). Pathetic place.

Michelle Karim My son loves getting his haircut by Christopher at the Great Clips on Grant Line Rd. My son has autism and has anxiety getting haircut. Christopher makes him feel comfortable, always makes sure to ask my son what haircut he wants, and he is really good at cutting hair Thank you!

rashelle seeger The plan was just to pick up my online order. But its 21 days of beauty and there were some more nice deals to explore. I was greeted immediately upon entry, which is very welcoming. Assistance was offered, I only looked around for a few minutes before I was in line with my new purchases. When i mentioned my order, staff was very friendly. There are service issues inside this location so it took me about a full minute or two to pull up my email to get the bar code requested. Once the email and code were retrieved, another associate came up front to help me since the cashier was now ringing up other guests. She allowed me to open my order to verify it was correct. Nice touch. Happy with all my purchases. I plan to order a few more items during this sale. On an another note. I ordered items to be shipped to me that were online only deals. Those arrived the same day I went to puck up my order, so everything was perfect. Wearing my new glasses and mascara today.

vanessa Won’t be coming back. They have the Estée Lauder foundation listed as 10% off when you google search it. I understand that’s a technicality but it should specify. When I brought it up to the register they didn’t honor it which is fine but the manager made it seem like it’s my fault and how is that my fault they have it listed that way. It’s only for pick up which is really weird. In that case they should specify right on the link. I’ll go to Macy’s.

Suma I love the whole place, it is always smelling AMAZING and there’s always workers there to help, Serena specifically is amazing and super helpful with anything, she gives you precise information about products and never gets annoyed or judges and relates her experiences with you by relating hers to you. Overall, the prices, the service, the shop itself is amazing and I would definitely shop there more.

gurneet pawar Had an extremely horrendous experience recently at Ulta. Their system had an issue and I was charged $361.30 without any proof of purchase in their system. No receipt could be provided. The manager held my stuff and advised me to come back the next day to see if my credit card was charged. I agreed thinking that she was doing me a favor. Went there the following day and still the same issue though my bank confirmed that the charge was applied to my card. The manager called Ulta guest services and I spoke with a representative. After a bit of a run around, he asked me to email Ulta the pdf of the credit card statement, last 4 digits of the card and mode of payment. After I did so still no response. When I called back they again gave me a run around. Spoke with the supervisor who said she will handle my complaint. However, the response was to provide the receipt which was communicated in written from day 1 that Ulta couldn’t provide me one. After despair, filed a dispute with my bank so will wait. Please be cautious as the manager at the store herself had stated that many other customers had the same issue. Won’t be going back!!

Tammy Lane-Dillard Shoppers with Ulta has always been a hit or miss when it comes to service. There has been a lot of variances across locations. I was in town for a wedding and decided to stop in and grab some makeup. Selena color matched me with some foundations and concealer. She did an OUTSTANDING job! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive. Shes an asset to their business. She was also very patient and consultative which is very rare these days in retail. Also, the gentleman who assisted me at the register when I was checking out was very friendly and helpful too. Id highly recommend asking for Selena if you come in and have product questions. You wont be sorry!

thelma umana I took my mom to get her hair done for her birthday. The lady who did my moms hair, Perla, was amazing, my mom has a lot of hair and she did an awesome job, really spend time with her and her customer service was outstanding!

Ziggy Garcia My mom found this place and the first time I went the hairstylist did a really bad job. She cut my hair uneven and did not do the shave as I requested. She wanted me to know the number to shave... How am I supposed to know that, Im not a stylist. I gave it another opportunity because I really need a salon and found Wendy. She is awesome! She has done a great job with my wifes hair, daughter, mom and myself. Weve gotten color, shave, and even a straightening treatment. Ask for Wendy when you are there!!! UPDATE: I called to schedule an appointment with Wendy and found out she no longer works there... What a loss!

M Martha “Maggie” The service here has gone downhill ever since they brought in new employees. Just yesterday, when my husband took our son and daughter for haircuts, they completely messed up his hair. It wasnt even close to what he had asked for. Despite pointing out the mistake, they insisted they got it right. And to make matters worse, one of the employees was incredibly unprofessional, gossiping about customers and seeming annoyed to cut a childs hair. I strongly recommend finding another place to go; even the mall in Tracy offers better haircuts than this place. We wont be coming back here again.

Indipendent Step Im really dissatisfied and disappointed .i gave the lady my haircut style told her how i wanted it and got the opposite.Then she says oh i didnt hear you when i spoke perfectly fine .This uppset me so much it took a whole hour im never going back Genisis lost a customer today .I also noticed that they dont display the haircutting license.Never again will they See me.(they make up excuses too so be ready for that).

Hem This was my first time at KJs and I have a few complaints. First of all, place took a large amount of time to get me a cut. I waited for over an hour and when a barber finished with his customer, some other random would come through the door and he would get to get his hair cut even though I was waiting for longer. Now second of all, I asked for a low taper, a lineup, and an INCH off the top, the barber gave me a whole buzzcut. Honestly, the hair cut wasnt bad and it looked decent but I didnt even ask for it. Third of all, the pricing was quite high compared to the quality, I payed 40$ for a haircut I didnt even ask for, but I dont want to be rude so I payed without a fight. Now for the good things, the unprofessional atmosphere can actually be a good thing as it feels like a family. The quality of the cuts were really good as long as the barbers know exactly what you want.

Erica Baleto If I could give ZERO stars, I would. So unprofessional!! Had an appointment scheduled. Showed up and Alicia left!!! The two ladies in the salon looked confused. Communicating with each other and then asked what the price quote was and per ALICIA is was $65 for a man perm. The lady got upset and looked at me like it was my fault for the appointment and the price! Poor service!!

Gavin Baleto Had a appointment, showed up but the lady that was supposed to do my hair left, a different worker came up to me after shaving a different persons hair and started touching my hair without washing their hands. I had another man’s hair on my phone and who knows how much in my hair, disgusting.

The lady didn’t made any effort, she made me stand for the haircut cause she couldn’t do it while I am sitting in the chair and she just took 2 mins to just cut them straight. She didn’t wet the hair, didn’t even them and said its done. I thought she just doing first trim and then will cut them properly. I asked her thats it and she answered they look pretty even to her. I could have done a better job myself.

Kevin Brought my 5 year old here for a hair cut. Only one person working but wait wasnt long. The lady that cut my sons hair did a great job. Theres a little race car the kids can sit in. Ill definitely be coming here again. Much. Better than super cuts or great clips

Marketing Muse I love going to Taylor’s Salon! My sister highly recommended me to her 2 years ago and I would come back here time and time again. If you’re trying to book with Taylor, call ahead of time and ask for the next available appointment as she does get booked out. Today, I had one of their staffs, didn’t get her name, and she listened to what I’ve asked of how I’d like my hair to be, showed her pictures and asked for suggestions what kind of highlight color is good for the summer. I’m not that picky so I was happy with the results.

Henna Ebrahimi My first 2-3 visits here were fine however I’ve gotten unlucky the last 3 times and have ended up with the older woman with short gray hair. The haircut was terrible all 3 times and she burned my hair with bleach one of the times. Avoid her at all costs.

Nanda Sachin Worst haircut experience ever! I went in with high hopes, but walked out utterly disappointed. The stylist completely ignored my preferences, rushed through the process, and left me with uneven, unflattering layers that are impossible to style. To make matters worse, they charged a ridiculous amount for this mess! I feel like I wasted both my time and money. Save yourself the trouble and find a salon that actually listens to its customers and values quality over speed.
