Pamela Castro They are very kind and efficient. They have made me same day appointments and filled prescriptions within minutes of my pharmacy faxing them. Thank you :)

Amanda Juarez Edit. Just called again since my son is still sick, what the hell is the point in having a primary care doctor if they never have availability? This is ridiculous. Love Dr.Conte, but a big part of the reason I switched from Dr.Sullivan of forest road is because they never had any openings for when my son was sick. It was always a week to two weeks later. I looked around quite a bit for a new doctor that had same day appointments available and now I’m having the same issue at both of Conte’s locations. I can never get my kids in when they’re sick. Just well checks and immunizations. I know they’re busy and there’s a lot of people in our area, but maybe have a few more walk in spots available so a sick child can actually see a doctor that knows them. Not a prompt care doctor that will just say it’s a virus and send them on their way, with nothing but, come back if they get worse. When I was checking in my son one of the last times I was there you can see right on the wall that they have certain times for same day/walk-in appointments but they never have any available. So here I am heading to another 3 hour wait at prompt care where he’ll likely catch something else and make me miss work and him miss day care even longer.

dave hartzell Doctor assigned to me is never there. They are not concerned about my needs. They just keep trying different medications hoping that one will work instead of performing tests ie blood work. When a medication runs out, takes an act of God to get a refill (because....guess again, doctor is never there). I recommend patients looking for new doctors to look elsewhere.

Geo Douglas The physicians seem to be knowledgeable and effective. However, the front desk personnel are borderline negligent in any effective capacity.
Case in point: I went to them when I injured by knee. The lady behind the desk said they would call me to set up an appointment within two months. I specifically told them that I was injured and in substantial pain. She responded that she would do the best she could. Not very encouraging. Three months later, I called to see when I could come in. I was told that they tried to call me two months ago and no one answered. So, I was dropped. I was able to make an appointment at that time for two months later. Five months after the injury, the pain was so unbearable, I went to the Regional Hospital for emergency treatment which was comprehensive and effective. 16 months after my injury, I finally got the treatment I needed to correct my injury. Ive been to this clinic about 10 times during the last 18 months and about half of the time Im sent home without seeing a doctor. Some times my appointment has been cancelled, or the doctor is not in, or they dont have the proper paperwork, or...

Kathryn Brickley I turned in my new patient paperwork over a month ago. I have been in the ER twice and called them both times to find out status only to be told that they are waiting for the manager to get off the phone to see who they will put me with. Was told I would receive a call back (I have called everyday for the last 2 weeks since my last ER visit) which never happens and then when I call again I get the run around, my phone number and name taken again, talked down to and then hung up on. I have gotten to the point that today I called and asked to speak with the director and the receptionist laughed at me , took my number, told me “good luck” and hung Up! Horrible customer service!
