5 /5 Brianna Gallagher: I was seen and treated here, I was so impressed by the entire staff. First of all, thank you to my amazing nurses, the front desk, the lab and x-ray techs, and Dr. Pingree! I showed up in bad shape, without insurance, and was treated with courtesy and respect. I was triaged immediately due to a life-threatening anaphylactic reaction and shortness of breath. The nurse who treated me was kind and attentive, and the staff was still at work despite many having been evacuated from their homes or unable to go to their homes due to the snow storms. I am so appreciative of you all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care and guidance in financially navigating the aftermath of my ER visit.

They were so friendly and personable, especially to my toddler. They listened to us and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. By far the best Emergency department Ive been acquainted with! If it was socially acceptable to stop in to the ER just to say hi, I would.
